From Dakar to Lisbon, A Cruise of Contrasts

Last May I flew to Dakar to board Swan Hellenic’s Diana for an eclectic itinerary that took me from Senegalese city streets to the windswept deserts of Western Sahara, the black-sand beaches of Tenerife, and the forested volcanic mountains of La Palma.
