I’m thrilled to announce my first event as brand ambassador for Athleta!

If you live in Miami, please join me at Athleta Lincoln Road, this Sunday, November 4 between 10am and noon when I’ll be partnering with Sweat 440 to bring you a super-fun, in-store pop-up workout.

What’s Sweat 440? It’s an effective and efficient exercise routine with HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and cross-training classes beginning every 10 minutes. I’ve been going all summer and I love it! Instructor Andrew Opitz will be putting us through our paces in the store. And afterward you’ll get a coupon for 20 percent off an Athleta item - because shopping is cardio, too! Better still, a rep from Beautycounter will be there to help you get your post-workout glow on with makeup from the cruelty-free cosmetic company.
