Get "Reggae Fit" With Me at Athleta!

For the second of my #JetSetMoves series of workouts with Athleta, I'm inviting you to come get fit - and festive! – with me at the Lincoln Road, Miami store on Sunday December 23 at 10am.

We'll be moving and grooving with a Caribbean-themed Reggae Fit class, led by instructor Lisa Shakespeare. Wear red, green and/or gold; bring your flag to wave; and get ready to "wuk dat waist" for 50 super-fun minutes.
