A few weeks ago I jetted to Dominica for the first time to check out the spanking new Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski.

The 151-room resort is a HUGE deal for “the Nature Island,” as its the first five-star resort in a destination better known for its stunning landscape than luxurious hotels.
